Service Description

12 hours of comprehensive, evidence based antenatal education with hypnobirthing techniques to prepare for all births. Learn all about your body, your baby and birth. Courses cover physical, mental and emotional preparation for birth, birth choices and planning, plus the postnatal period. Small group classes taught online. Sessions are held live and teaching is interactive with opportunity for questions and answers. Ongoing hypnobirthing support by email or phone as required. Course link to be sent by email after booking is accepted.
