BREATHWORK CLASSES

12 hours of comprehensive antenatal education with hypnobirthing skills and relaxations. Covers all topics standard antenatal courses cover, as well as how the mind and body work together in physiological labour, and how this knowledge paired with practised relaxation and self-hypnosis can facilitate and gentle and positive pregnancy and birth experience, however your baby is born.

Group and One-to-one classes are available. Group courses are currently taught via Zoom.

Feb 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd, 18.30-21.30

March 7th, 14th, 21st & 28st, 18.30-21.30

April 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th, 18.30-21.30

 

One-to-one courses are booked based on individual availability, and are either by Zoom, or in person (area depending), or a mix of both.

Shortened 6 hour courses are also available for people who may have already completed standard antenatal education, or already completed an online pre-recorded style hypnobirthing course and want to build on their knowledge/experience. It is also ideal for those who have attended hypnobirthing classes in a previous pregnancy and want an update.

Once the course is complete I provide ongoing hypnobirthing support until your baby is born.

Pregnancy Education and Relaxation classes are focus on preparation for birth and emotional wellbeing.  We start with a warm drink and grounding breathwork, which moves on to breathing techniques for labour, then an education session on preparation for labour and birth, or pre/postnatal wellbeing topics. Each week we cover a different topic, then we finish with a 30 minute relaxation to promote pregnancy wellbeing, or prepare for birth which is linked to the topic of the session. Classes are booked individually.

Investment £8.00, via bank transfer.

Based in yoga pranayama my breathwork classes start with breathwork techniques and build up to pranayama. The classes enable the participants to be more mindful, process emotions, release stress and bring a more balanced emotional state.
